1 General Terms

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.2 Deposit Terms
- The account used for depositing and the 7rrr account must be registered under the same name.
- Deposits made through a third party are not permitted.
- 7rrr reserves the right to investigate any suspicious deposit transactions and may suspend or cancel them if necessary.
4.3 Withdrawal Terms
- Withdrawal requests will only be processed via the same method used to make the deposit.
- Bonus winnings cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements for the bonus have been met.
- Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
- 7rrr reserves the right to delay withdrawals in cases of unusual activity.
5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New users on 7rrr are eligible for a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. Or depositing ৳10,000 will earn a ৳8,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳18,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 in wagers must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer has specific terms which are stated on the relevant offer page.
- 7rrr reserves the right to cancel a bonus if bonus abuse is suspected.
- Collecting bonuses using multiple accounts is prohibited.
- Bonuses have a set expiry date — any unused bonus is automatically cancelled after it expires.
- 7rrr reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus offer at any time.
5.4 VIP Program
7rrr's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Through regular gaming, users can progress to higher tiers step by step and enjoy weekly cashback benefits. The cashback rate for each tier:
- Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
- Gold — up to 1.1% weekly cashback
- Platinum — up to 1.5% weekly cashback
6 Gaming Rules
6.1 Gaming Activities
All games available on 7rrr — including slots, casino games, sports betting, bingo, Super Keno, and others — are operated according to specific rules. The specific rules of each game can be found in the relevant game interface.
6.2 Game Outcomes
All game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fair play. If a game remains incomplete due to a technical error, 7rrr reserves the right to void or review the transaction for that game.
6.3 Technical Issues
7rrr is not liable for any loss caused by internet disconnection or device issues. Any transaction validly completed before a disconnection occurs will be considered final.
6.4 Sports Betting
Please read the relevant rules carefully before placing bets in the sports betting section. If an event is cancelled or postponed, the bet amount will be refunded in accordance with 7rrr's specific policy.
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7rrr platform:

- Registering using a false identity.
